Today we made rainbow loaf for Monday Munchday, we learnt about the rainbow colors and that mixing 2 colors can give us a new color like red and blue give purple ☺️ the boys enjoyed kneading and coloring the dough and were so happy with the result.

Recipe:

Mix

165g warm milk

1tbsp sugar

3g yeast

And wait for 5mins

Mix

220g bread flour

15g sugar

1tsp salt

1tbsp milk powder

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together

Then knead and let it rest for 20 mins

Add 15g soft butter

Mix for 6-8 mins

Knead and let it rest for 1hour
