We made apple pie this week for Monday Munchday and it was super yummy. Here's the recipe 👇🏼

Recipe:

Mix the below together to create the crust

1 egg

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

11/2 cup flour

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 lemon zest

1 pinch salt

Slice thin 3-4 green apples, and lay them out onto the crust

Bake for 25mins at 180c*

For the topping

Mix

1 cup of orange juice

1 tbs corn flour

Then bring to boil until the mixture thickens

Pour it on  top the pie and Serve it with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
