Today, we created our Christmas advent calendar, as we started counting the days until Santa arrives :) 

We cut branches of different lengths from an old dead tree in the garden, painted them white, then attached the branches together with a rope creating a 2D Christmas tree. We filled small bags with treats and up it went on the wall. We added some fairy lights too to give it a bit of sparkle.

Amazing teamwork and building skills.

The best part was seeing our little Elf enjoying his Christmas tree shelf.
